10 ways to eliminate belly bloating

There are some days when you feel like a balloon, you feel bloated and dont even feel like eating or drinking anything at all.So today i would be giving some tips where you can stop feeling like a Balloon anymore.

TIP # 1



Avoid Eating too fast


If you eat too fast and not chewing your food it can cause air swallowing which leads to Bloating.You need to take your time and slowly chew you food because you need to remember digestion begins in the mouth,so by chewing you food and eating slowly decreases Bloating

Avoid Chewing too much of Gum


If you have a habit of chewing gum avoid it, instead you can switch to eating healthy food with high fiber like fruits or sugar free candies.Chewing too much of gum can lead to swallowing of air which can cause Bloating.

Try to avoid Carbonated Drinks

As we are aware that Carbonated drinks do have Fizz in them and this can cause the gas to get trapped in the belly. If you are in habit of drinking too much of carbonated drinks stop it or you can replace it with Water.If you do not like the taste of plain water you can add cucumber or mint in it,which would give you a good taste and would avoid Bloating.

Avoid eating too much of Gassy Vegetables

If you are aware that you often suffer with bloating then do not eat too much of vegetables that would give you Gas.This does not mean that you avoid eating it , as we all know that vegetables have nutrition's and are high in fiber.So vegetables like Cabbage,Cauliflower,Raddish,Beans and other vegetables that are gassy can be worked into your diet slowly until its adjusted with your body or if you think that these vegetables are your favorites and you cannot do without them you can opt for over the counter anti gas pills

Sip on Lemon Water

We all know that Lemon is a natural diuretic and it also calms the stomach if taken after a meal (this is my personal opinion). Make sure that you drink from a glass and not sip through a straw as it can cause you to intake extra air which can lead to Bloating.

Drink Ginger Tea

Ginger helps to ease stomach pain,block several enzymes and several genes in the body that promote bloating.If you do not like the taste of ginger tea there are many other tea that can help in eliminating bloating,but personally i like ginger tea and i find it very effective and if you do not know how to make ginger tea or feel lazy to do so you can buy it online.

 Avoid Constipation

To avoid constipation eat a diet which is high in fiber like vegetables,fruits,seeds,legumes not forgetting to drink plenty of fluids.Too little fiber,fluids or even physical exercise can lead to constipation and can cause Bloating.

Lactose Intolerance

This can cause bloating,however you can limit the intake of some food which are lower in Lactose like aged cheese or yogurts.I would advise that you confirm it with the Doctor.

TIP # 9

Sodium

Buying processed food,canned food or Frozen food should be avoided if you suffer with Bloating. Processed food are generally high in sodium and low in fiber which can lead to Bloating.So next time if you buy any processed food, do read the label that says Low,Very Low or Sodium Free.
