Tips on how to loose weight naturally at home.Always remember that 70% depends on your eating habits and 30% depends on exercise.Natural remedy is a slow process and you need to be regular with it,however do not forget to exercise atleast for 15 minutes.

 # 1  Curry Leaves

Research shows that curry leaves contain mahanimbine, an alkaloid that has anti-obesity and lipid-lowering effects. Thus, it helps lower body weight and reduces total cholesterol and triglyceride levels.The curry leaves helps to burn the bad cholesterol and the excessive body fats that are found in the body. The increased consumption of the curry leaves makes a person to get a highly toned body by burning of the unwanted fats and cholesterol.

If you chew 8 to 10 curry leaves every morning it helps in obesity,as it is a great Ayurveda remedy.Continue this treatment for four to five months regularly.

# 2  Tomatoes

# 3 Fennel Seeds

Fennel seeds are believed to be useful in weight loss because of their diuretic properties. Diuretics help you lose weight quickly by reducing water retention.

Roast and Grind the fennel seeds and sieve the powder.Take one-half teaspoon of this powder twice daily with warm water. It will also help relieve abdominal gas, indigestion, and constipation.

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick and 8 ounces of water.Place the cinnamon in a mug and cover with 8 ounces of boiling water. Steep for 15 minutes before straining. Drinking 1-2 times a day.

Milk thistle contains active flavonoid compounds collectively known as silymarin.Silymarin helps to protect the liver which is a vital organ when it comes to managing weight and encouraging weight loss.There are several ways to take milk thistle,but the best way is capsule form or as a tincture.

1 teaspoon of chopped American or Korean ginseng
8 ounces of water

Roughly chop the root and measure out 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Bring water to a boil and then pour over the ginseng, allowing it to steep for 5-9 minutes. Strain, add honey or lemon if you want to and drink 1-2 times daily.

Soak 2 tablespoons of cumin seeds in water overnight and boil the seeds in the morning. Filter it to remove the seeds and squeeze a half-cut lemon to this. Drink it on an empty stomach every morning for 2 weeks for quick weight loss.
